"We recently had the glass replaced in a cracked double-pane upper-floor side-panel window by Replacement Glass. At the initial visit, to measure and order, Taylor quickly determined that the job could be done from the inside. Yesterday Taylor came and expertly slipped the window out, replaced the glass in the frame at his truck, quickly reinstalled the window. His arrival both visits was within the time window stated, he called 15 minutes ahead of time, was unfailingly polite and personable, and didn't let the cats out! The customer service representative at the office is equally polite and personable and remarkably efficient. Good service, good work, satisfied customers."
